Heart+Womb Centre provides new families with prenatal education, doula services and postpartum readiness workshops. We’re filling the gap that our traditional communities would’ve provided. We bring practical wisdom that works to modern families. Educating them in a proactive way to decrease their overwhelm and uncertainty, allowing you to embrace the short immediate fourth trimester. Over the next five years, Heart+Womb is committed to helping women feel more confident about their spirit, mind and womb connection and health. Women are the backbone of society. How well a mother is supported directly impacts anything that she births (children and ideas). Both of which are pivotal for the next generation. When every person feels connected to what’s happening in their womb and confident to address concerns as they arise, we know we’re successful in reaching our vision!
