A Heart2Heart Session is a platform to speak one’s heart – vent one’s complaints and rage, confide secrets and weird experiences, grieve losses, express shame and guilt, voice concerns and anxieties, and talk aloud about one’s vision, dreams, desires and plans. Whatever you speak, we listen without judging. We do not rush to provide solutions, or heal you. We hear you deeply and fully. We also do not forcibly preach you any philosophy. This helps you safely vent your toxic emotions. As you speak, you also get to hear yourself. Though our listening, we support you to hear yourself better and improve your understanding of yourself. We answer your questions on life to the best of our abilities. We offer you our perspective and suggest solutions only when you seek them. We try to connect you to reliable therapists, doctors and service providers if you request. In a nutshell, we offer you what you have sought from your family, best friends and lovers, but rarely found - “complete acceptance and total support”. And we do so as we believe every soul deserves to be HEARD and RECEIVED, deeply and fully. Heart2Heart sessions are non-preachy, non-judgemental and 100 percent confidential and safe.
