I help good, sensitive, spiritually-minded people who feel disconnected from themselves – even when life looks “fine” from the outside. I’m Zoe Alexander, a spiritual life coach based in Leura in the Blue Mountains, NSW, Australia. I work online with clients across Australia and worldwide via Zoom and phone, with a small number of in-person sessions once a month in Mona Vale on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. For more than 25 years I’ve been supporting people to reconnect to who they are, understand the deeper “why” behind what’s happening, and gently stand back up when life has knocked them sideways. You just need to be honest, a little bit curious, and willing to listen to yourself.
