Our Mission We help families with critically ill children in Santa Barbara County by providing financial and personal assistance. Our Vision Every family with a critically ill child becomes part of a supportive and caring community. Our Story Hearts Aligned, Inc. was formed to support families in the tri-counties of Santa Barbara, Ventura and San Luis Obispo that have a critically ill child. We were established in 2021 in response to a growing need from conversations with a diverse group of families impacted by a variety of childhood illnesses. Our support will be broad based to fill the gaps for families not served by others who may specialize in one particular area. We provide financial support and personal assistance to families who are struggling with the daily stress of providing for their family. Beyond financial support, we are there to walk with these families, to create connections for them, empowerment them, and help deliver peace in their lives.
