HeartSpace Sanctuary, provides Individual Breath Sessions, Workshops and Trainings in Transformational Breath® along with Yoga Classes and Individual Shiatsu Treatments. Transformational Breath® is a simple, safe and effective tool for healing. This dynamic breathing modality uses conscious connected breathing to enhance all aspects of your life in a manner that is complete and quite different from other forms of breathwork. It is all about re-learning how to breath using your diaphragm and facilitates the natural healing process for all forms of trauma. You become the master of your breath and your life. Reclaim Your Breath™ and Presence of the Breath™ are two insightful and inspiring weekend workshops which explore this beautiful, transformative work. We also co-present a one week Personal Journey Seminar (Levels 1, 2 & 3) with our dynamic Senior Trainer from Italy, Indalecia Rohita Ziritt. We also support those working with The Presence Process, a 10-week journey into Present Moment Awareness, a powerful book by Michael Brown. His book is also included as part of the Transformational Breath® training path.
