We bring together business, civil society and academia for evidence-based social innovations that promote diversity, mobility, human rights, good governance and sustainability. We do it - heartwarmingly - by identifying the needs and lifting the spirits to find the solutions even for the most challenging social issues. Our research and interventions support businesses to go beyond ESG reporting or compliance, to making a meaningful social impact. We enable businesses to move from a 'gap analysis' and 'gap mindset', to the one of 'gain', which is fully aligned with the company's values. We help civil society to re-frame the issues, link them to like-minded businesses and help to create synergies. We invite distinguished academics, policymakers and other institutional actors to contemplate together practical solutions. We believe that not graphs and figures, but heart-touching stories inspire others to follow, support and scale up the initiatives that contribute to social change and sustainability.
