Our aim at HeartWork is to help you live a meaningful life even when this pain is present, by shifting your relationship to difficult thoughts and feelings. We work with you to get you in touch with what matters most, and use that as a guide to making changes in your life. We create a space that is safe, respectful, warm, and welcoming to all. HeartWork providers offer individual therapy to adults and adolescents. We exclusively utilize evidence-based approaches including ACT, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing. In addition to psychotherapy, we conduct assessments for individuals with a suspected Autism Spectrum Disorder. We do this work because we truly care about our clients, and love what we do. Our mission is to promote well-being, and we believe everyone can live a life that is full of vitality and personal fulfillment.
