Hed Cycling Products

HED Cycling Products designs and manufactures high-performance aerodynamic bicycle wheels and carbon rims for road, gravel, and triathlon cycling. Founded in 1984 and headquartered in Roseville, Minnesota, HED Cycling has been a pioneer in wheel aerodynamics, carbon fiber rim technology, and performance wheel engineering. Our mission is to elevate the cycling experience through innovation, precision engineering, and rider-focused design. Unlike many brands that outsource production, the majority of our carbon fiber products are manufactured in our Minnesota facility. This allows our engineering and production teams to control every stage of development, from design and prototyping to testing and final assembly. HED wheels are built for athletes who demand proven performance. Our products are trusted by professional cyclists, triathletes, and dedicated riders around the world seeking aerodynamic efficiency, durability, and speed. With over four decades of engineering experience, HED Cycling continues to push the boundaries of aerodynamic wheel design and advanced composite manufacturing while remaining committed to building world-class cycling products in the United States.
