Hedone Restaurant was funded in July 2011 by Chef Patron Mikael Jonsson and Bussines partner Aurelie Jean-Marie Florie. Their passion for food and wines, their aim of working always with the most exquisites products and all their personal and strong beliefs delivered at the experience, brought them the Michelin Star after 14 months of their opening. From then, Hedone Restaurant, started to compete with the most prestigious and world wide known Restaurants of the culinary world, getting into the 50 Best Restaurants Top 100 in 2013. Hedone is nowadays an evolving place, where changes take place every minute, where product is the only star of the show, where surprising is the aim and where fine dinning and relaxing atmosphere, finally, make the perfect combo.
