Alongside rapid access to talking therapies, we also pioneer the Hed Gym© approach. Hed Gyms provide regular mental health check-ins with a qualified workplace therapist. As an evidence-based approach, they are proven to minimise burnout and optimise engagement. We partner with large organisations and SME’s that prioritise pro-active support for their employees (News Corp, Whereby, Ernst and Young and the Home Office). No algorithms. No frills.
