Succeeding the founder, Aileen expanded the program and its reach, cemented its leadership in the field, and strengthened its financial foundation. Working closely with a 70-member Board, Aileen raised over $235 million which enabled Prep to increase its reserve funds from $1.5 million to $40+ million. Subsequently, Aileen served as CEO of the Children's Museum of Manhattan following a three-decade serving CEO. Spearheading a future landmarked home facing Central Park, Aileen professionalized internal capabilities and raised over $40 million. Twenty years as a Trustee of her alma mater, Kenyon College, complements Aileen's professional experience. Having chaired the College’s search for its 20th president, she was elected Chair in 2023.
