Development of high resolution exposure data for the catastrophe modelling industry With an educational background of geography and GIS and over 12 years of experience of developing exposure databases at EQECAT and CoreLogic, I have spent the last 2 years identifying the best data available and developing data analysis techniques to produce cost efficient exposure databases of the highest quality. With no restrictions by working within a large company, I am flexible and can react quickly to market needs. I can produce exposure data solutions at economic rates because it is “just me and the source data”, no need for a market research department, for executive management sign off and the additional costs of building business case plans, I will work on any region and requirements that I feel I can produce to compete with the highest quality risk exposure data within the industry.
