I provide individual, group, and family counseling utilizing DBT-informed, cognitive-behavioral therapy for older adolescents and adults. My approach involves accurately identifying one's current stage of change, and implements behavioral analysis for helping clients to identify appropriate and effective interventions for changing problematic behaviors, thoughts, and emotions. This process is collaborative in nature, and is delivered with warmth, respect, humor and irreverence. I am paneled with Aetna, ODS, PacificSource, and ValueOptions. Clients may also opt to use out-of-network benefits for other insurance plans.
