Heirloom Springs

Heirloom Springs is a working farm, Pilates Education Studio, and retreat center. Our Heirloom Springs Signature Retreat focuses on farm to table for the soul, soaking in the forest and all mother nature has to offer, with Pilates, yoga and hiking. We will practice observing the sights, sounds, and smells of the forest, the ancient practice of forest bathing, where nature is therapy. We will wake up your senses and return to nature in order to nurture your body and spirit. We will set intentions with the goal of finding purpose and joy. We will enjoy meals together, you might even learn a few things in the kitchen, and we will definitely get our hands dirty in the garden! When you are immersed in quiet and tap into nature with nutrient dense food, your body responds, senses awaken, and you feel revitalized.
