شرکت پخش هجرت در سال با نام دکتر عبدالله رضاعی و برادران به ثبت رسید و کار خود را در سال 1344 با نام "تهران فارما" با واردات، توزیع و فروش کالای دارویی، آزمایشگاهی و بهداشتی آغاز کرد. نام شرکت در 18 فروردین 1368 به "پخش هجرت" تغییر یافت. در سال 1375 از سهامی خاص به سهامی عام تبدیل شد و در آذر ماه 1390 در سازمان بورس اوراق بهادار به ثبت رسید و در مرداد ماه سال 1398سهام شرکت در بازار بورس به عرضه گذاشته شد. هماکنون شرکت پخش هجرت بر اساس آخرین رتبهبندی سازمان مدیریت صنعتی رتبه 78 را در بین شرکت های برتر کشور دارا میباشد
