Over the years I have worked in several fields within construction companies. I believe the best solutions to issues come when combining several viewpoints into one new viewpoint. As an extremely quick learner I have adopted several working methods and combined them into a method that allows me find creative solutions for almost all issues. As a highly social being I translate the strategy of the organization into plans that are practical to implement and are guaranteed to work within the working methods or processes of the people doing the work. I spend time really getting to know the people workin within the area of the issue and getting to know the wishes of the both the strategic wishes and the operational wishes. I do not tell experts within the company what to do, I allow them to tell me how to do it. By listening to all experts within the company I am able to translate their wishes and the wishes of the board into workable plans.
