Helderberg Academy

The Helderberg Academy is a non-profit organisation based in South Africa. Our vision is to empower disadvantaged young people via daily life-skill coaching through sport in every developing community in the Western Cape. We will do this by- Developing the very best local and international sports coaches- Building diversity by equipping young people to interact with all cultural and racial backgrounds in readiness for the later life- Structured development of every young people's mental, physical and emotional capabilities through sport and the subsequent life skills- Carving out a safe space and time where young people can just enjoy their youth instead of playing the roles that have been enforced upon them due to poverty, or joining gangs.
