Hello Yello

Why is it that in a crowded city you feel more alone? Why do we long for interaction, but avoid talking to the person beside us? What if we could shift our city’s mindset? What if stopped avoiding and withdrawing and saw the opportunities for connection that are all around us? Hello Yello is a volunteer-driven team on a mission to spark a Vancouver-wide movement of authentic, human interaction, and spontaneous conversations. We provide training, meetups and designated public spaces that encourage and orient people to look for opportunities to talk, listen, and learn from others.
