It’s a collaboration between the three of us and a small group of talented writers, researchers, designers, illustrators and developers from around the world. ORIGIN STORY / A few years ago realized that a more and more people were reaching out to each of us and asking basic questions about Bitcoin. Questions like: Where do you buy it? Do I need to buy a whole Bitcoin? How do you know if it's safe? Is it legal? What can we do with it? Am I too late? These were people who knew and trusted us: our family, friends, and people we’d worked with back in the Web 2.0 agency days. The number and frequency of questions still correlates to the rising price of BTC/USD. Go figure. We created HelloCrypto to help people understand crypto by answering common questions, providing recommendations and offering guidance. OUR MISSION / Our Mission is to introduce and explain crypto and blockchain technology in a way that allows beginners understand the benefits and learn how to participate in it. We’ve recommended how to get onboard safely and easily. Shared how and where to buy BTC for the first time. Then, how to exchange it for ETH or another Alt coin. We’ve helped ensure people know how to store their crypto properly and securely.
