Help At Your Door

Help At Your Door is a nonprofit serving seniors and individuals with disabilities in Minnesota's seven-county Twin Cities metropolitan area. Our mission is to help seniors and people with disabilities maintain their independence and continue living in their homes. Services include: grocery ordering and delivery, transportation, and home support services. Our services provide vital social connections, access to nutritious food and assessment and referral support so that aging adults can continue to live in their own homes. Our volunteer-based model combines regular personal contact, a variety of services, utilization of the SNAP benefits program and work with local food shelves to ensure that even the lowest income seniors have access to resources they need to age in place.
