Help In Action

Help in Action - Lama Gangchen Kiurok Tsochun LGKT Help in Action for short is a non-profit organization founded in 1992 and run by volunteers. Its mission is humanitarian aid and poverty alleviation in the Himalayan region. Their tasks include arranging sponsorships for people in need and establishing funds for the construction and maintenance of schools, hospitals, monasteries and water construction projects. Future goals include improving the agricultural situation, promoting and preserving medical and cultural traditions, and integrating disabled people into society. The organization was founded by Gangchen Tulku Rinpoche, a Tibetan Lama. Lama Gangchen is a tireless advocate for peace and mutual exchange between East and West worldwide, both from a cultural and humanitarian perspective. He is the founder of the Lama Gangchen World Peace Foundation. Help in Action - Lama Gangchen Kiurok Tsochun kurz LGKT Help in Action ist eine 1992 gegründete, ehrenamtlich geführte Non-Profit Organisation, die sich die humanitäre Hilfe und Armutsbekämpfung im Himalayagebiet zur Aufgabe gemacht hat. Zu deren Aufgaben gehören die Vermittlung von Patenschaften für hilfsbedürftige Menschen und die Gründung von Fonds für den Bau und Unterhalt von Schulen, Krankenhäusern, Klöstern und Wasserbauprojekten. Zukünftige Ziele sind die Verbesserung der landwirtschaftlichen Situation, Förderung und Erhalt medizinischer und kultureller Traditionen sowie die Integration behinderter Menschen in die Gesellschaft. Die Organisation wurde von Gangchen Tulku Rinpoche, einem tibetischen Lama gegründet. Lama Gangchen setzt sich weltweit unermüdlich für Frieden und den wechselseitigen Austausch zwischen Ost und West ein; dies sowohl unter kulturellen, als auch unter humanitären Gesichtspunkten. Er ist Gründer der Lama Gangchen World Peace Foundation.
