Facilities Maintenance: Over 30 years of experience from construction to build out, to building equipment and systems were installed and commissioned, startup of operations, maintenance and repairs, preventative maintenance, demand maintenance orders and minor construction projects at the Federal, State and Local levels. Janitorial Services: Superior quality, customer service and cleanliness of offices, daycare, K-12, Universities, government, commercial and residential customers. Roads and Grounds: Repairs to Roads and Grounds Maintenance, including Snow and Ice removal for agencies and customers. Community Services: Our Community Services outreach includes assistance to the Disabled, Wounded Warriors, abused women, run away kids, homeless shelter and drug addicts. Our individual and corporate tax exempt donations help fund this operation. Admin Services: – Clerical, Call Center and Admin Services for Government, State and Municipality Clients, including office, administration, healthcare, education, non-profit, etc. Website Services and Network Security: – ERP and Cloud Computing configrations and Installations of Hardware/Software, Website Design and Support, Website Hosting, and providing Website Security and backups for your files and databases to the Cloud with redundant offsite backups. I.T. Technical support – Online and on-site I.T. technical support for hardware, software, server, laptop, mobile devices, and software and hardware installation support. Project Management – Provide Project Management and Consulting for starting up projects (phase-in/phase-out), startup of operations, subcontract management and oversight. Oversee large scale facilities and systems projects startups. Contract Management - Provide Contract and Subcontract Management Services for Government Contracts, State and Local Municipalities.
