HELP Paradigm does exactly what their tagline suggests, manages the unexpected. Our company offers critical emergency management consulting services focused on individual preparedness needs. HELP stands for Homeland Exercises & Logistics Planning and began in 2017 as Steven Foss Consulting. Born out of a perceived need in our community to respond to emergency situations, the company rapidly revolutionized the field of emergency preparedness and came to meet the national need. We now provide on-demand emergency management solutions for clients both large and small through disaster risk and vulnerability assessments, as well as determine the options and countermeasures available for mitigating a variety of threats. We also work with local contacts on project prioritization, implementation, and the review, monitoring, evaluating, and updating of plans as needed or as dictated by state and federal entities. All this is done by our reputed team of experts in disaster management who honed their skills in federal agencies, top state and local homeland security, as well as in emergency leadership positions.
