Help2Change is a not-for-profit company that exists to promote public health prevention. We work closely with Primary Care Networks with the aim of improving population health and easing the workload of general practice. Our latest support package includes a free PCN website. We are committed to encouraging greater collaboration between sectors and encourage the use of our digital solutions to ease the burden on services. We support businesses, no for profits and charities to work from home with out digital solutions such as our Home Worker Site. Prevention is crucial to improving the health of the whole population as well as reducing demand on the health services we all value and rely on. Here at Help2Change CIC we are focussed on helping GPs make the most of their Primary Care Network. Our products including our PCN Websites, Help2Quit Service and Health Coach have been developed to solve common problems being faced by GPs around lack of time and lack of funding. Help2Change has a particular passion for promoting stop smoking services. Smoking is still the leading cause of premature death in the UK and yet services across the Country aimed at helping people quit smoking have been scaled back dramatically over the past six years. Help2Change CIC are passionate about supporting Primary Care to offer specialist support which not only addresses the needs of the patient but also helps to reduce demand, with smokers seeing their GP 35% more than non-smokers.
