Founded in 2015, Helping Hands is a lifeline for people in our community who are facing crisis and hardship. We stand beside individuals and families experiencing homelessness, domestic abuse, addiction, isolation, mental health struggles, and poverty - offering not just practical help, but hope, purpose, and the tools to rebuild their lives. Over the years, our work has grown to meet the real needs of those we support. Today, we provide: Hot, nutritious meals through our Soup Kitchen Safe and empowering men’s and women’s support groups One-to-one guidance and qualified counselling Supported volunteering and access to training and qualifications Our Helping Hands Community Project charity shop, raises vital funds and provides community connection.
