Introducing Our New Modern Psychology Practice: Helping Humans Thrive My name is Alison Lenehan, ADHD,'Borderline' & Trauma Specialist and psychologist. I am so proud to announce the launch of my beautiful space called Helping Humans Thrive, located in Lindfield on the Upper North Shore of Sydney. Serene, spacious and modern, our brand-new architecturally designed consultation space has been inspired by a ‘New York’-style approach to mental health treatment – with warm earthy tones and greenery to help our clients remain calm and feel tranquil throughout their visit. Specialising in Complex Cases: At Helping Humans Thrive, we have a deep understanding and expertise in working with complex clients, including those with: ADHD and Neurodiversity: Supporting individuals with ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, and other neurodiverse conditions through tailored interventions that leverage their strengths and address their challenges. The Brain in Survival Mode: Helping clients who have experienced trauma or chronic stress, where their brain is stuck in survival mode, using techniques like trauma-informed care and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy.
