Helsingborg Marathon lanserades 2013 som Sveriges nya maraton och seglade på kort tid upp som ett av Nordens största och bästa maraton. Evenemanget drar årligen upp mot ca 20 personer i publik och runt löpare. Numera består Helsingborg Marathon av fyra lopp under samma dag – Helsingborg Marathon, HOKA Helsingborg Half Marathon, HBGM Stafett och Bama Kids Run. Väkommen till staden vid havet!
