Cherie Grishin is the owner and President of HemaOrigins, is a consulting firm specializing in start-up Tissue Centers, Blood Banks and Source Plasma Centers. Cherie has 20+-years’ experience filling roles in both operations and quality assurance, and in the past couple of years has been helping Cell and Gene companies qualify clinical apheresis sites as part of their supply chain. Cherie routinely writes SOPs, prepares budgets, and helps clients implement both donor management and quality management software. Cherie routinely fills the role of Authorized Official. Cherie graduated with honors from Texas Woman's University with a master’s degree in business. Andrey specializes in regulatory affairs, clinical operations, and quality assurance. Andrey graduated with high-honors with a Doctor of Medicine from Vladivostok State Medical University. Cherie & Andrey currently reside in Austin, Texas. Together they form a team able to assist the client in driving new business processes, improve the efficiency of current business processes and train / mentor staff towards the client’s vision.
