As a Business and Executive Coach, my approach is knowing the right questions to ask and then asking them at the right time and in the right way to unlock your potential, enabling you to achieve the things you want out of your life and your business. By listening and focusing on the things that matter, I work with you to address any blocks, baggage or bad habits that might be holding you back. By helping you to understand emotions and triggers and have awareness of your strengths and weaknesses, I empower change. I am someone completely outside your circle, not part of your daily routine, not involved in your life or your business, and (most importantly) not emotionally involved, allowing me to help you see situations differently and more objectively – and you will find the right answers because I will ask the right questions. But don’t think it will be all about questions. Definitely not! It’s about a new perspective, a frame of reference, and me drawing not only upon my own experience in business and in life, but also using similar situations and my knowledge base to pull out the right thing at the right time for the right person – what you need to know to be able to help yourself. We will look at whichever topics and areas are important to you: sales, marketing, mindset, time management, forward planning, imposter syndrome, professional development, lifelong learning, financials, self-care, work/life balance, positivity. I take you out of overwhelm and stress response … into clarity of thought and rational behaviour. And I’m not really a ‘nurturing and understanding’ kind of coach, more a high-energy, no-excuse-taking wake-up-call, who will enable you to see just how totally awesome you really are.
