Henderson Development began developing multi-family apartments and condominiums in Utah in 2004. Initially the company focused on infill development projects in areas of Utah undergoing revitalization and transformation. The family owned company has expanded into developing high-end condominium residences, single-family luxury homes focused on enhanced livability, and multi-family apartment buildings in the greater SLC area. Henderson Development establishes a unique team for each project and involves the whole team in every step from initial design to selling the final product. This strategy builds significant value for the buyer, and the assembled team represents over 50 years of development experience and hundreds of homes built.
