Henry Consulting is a niche capital allowances consultancy established by Chartered Surveyor David Henry in the autumn of 2011. David set up Henry Consulting following more than a decade working for a leading national provider of capital allowances advice. We are based in Glasgow and work throughout the UK across a broad range of sectors, including- Breweries and Distilleries - Automotive - Farming - Commercial offices - Retail - Industrial and distribution - Healthcare - Hotels and leisure - Renewable technologies including wind, hydro, biomass and CHP - hospitals and schools Our business objective is to maximise the tax relief available to our clients from the construction, refurbishment and acquisition of commercial properties. To achieve this, service delivery is individually tailored depending on client needs and the stage of the project. We are Chartered Surveyors and Regulated by RICS.
