Henry began practicing law in 1987. He has extensive experience in the areas of immigration and regulatory law. Michael has a long history of success before Immigration Judges and USCIS all over the country. He has successfully advocated before both state and federal appellate courts. His advocacy has successfully overturned state regulations and his cases continue to be cited in both state and federal courts. In addition, Michael has worked extensively with regional health care providers on H-1B visa issues for medical residents, plus labor certifications and alien worker visas for hospitalists and other hospital medical staff. Partner Devin E. Grogan has been practicing Immigration law since graduating from Temple University Law School in 2017. Devin has developed a keen understanding of Immigration operations and uses that knowledge to benefit her clients. During her years of pratice, she has obtained emergency injunctions preventing deportation in federal court, attended hundreds of USCIS interviews, and secured the release of clients from immigration detention. Additionally, Devin has worked on a variety of employment-related immigration issues, helping employers sponsor immigrant workers for non-immigrant and immigrant visas.
