Henslee Recruiting Services (HRS) began in December 2001. From conception, we’ve partnered with start-up companies (Symphonics/Advanced Bionics, Revivant, Visogen, Visijet, USGI Medical, Orthofix, Minimed, Alfred Mann Institute, Respironix, MicroTherapeutics to name a few) specializing in medical device technology development. Through the years, we continue contributing to our client’s success. Some have been acquired and/or grew into medium to large size companies like Medtronic and Johnson & Johnson. Several of our clients’ technologies expanded into drug/device combination products. This led HRS, to also expand into the biopharmaceutical world partnering with Novo Nordisk, Baxter BioScience, FUJIFILM Irvine Scientific and BioNTech. What makes HRS different is following two decades of experience in both agency search firms and in house corporate recruitment, we found the best results come from having intimate partnerships that align with our values and mission.
