Building on over 25 years of experience within the construction industry as both a tradesman and a manager, working on some prestigious buildings as well as some of the finest homes in the country. I have been lucky to have worked with some great architects and professional teams gaining experience along the way. I am now offering my professional services as a freelance contract manager directly for developers and enjoying every minute of it! I am focusing my business on working alongside Developers, Main Contractors and/or Private Clients who have a project which requires the professional support I am able to offer. My services would include producing the following as required: Pre-contract advise and procurement methodology, Construction Phase Plans, Project Programmes, Information Release Schedules, Procurement Schedules and any other document requirement as well as aiding design co-ordination with the client’s team and a common-sense approach to the construction and general management of a building site. I will also consider being the main contractor on selected projects to offer the complete construction solution for clients directly.
