The HEQSS team has technical expertise, extensive knowledge and experience in health and educations systems strengthening including the development of policies, guidelines and training materials, capacity building, laboratory systems strengthening, disease surveillance and epidemic preparedness and response, management of chronic conditions including prevention, treatment and care of HIV/AIDS, logistics and supply chain management, operational research and evaluation, women and children’s health and nutrition and food security.
