We are six young professionals - Aneesah Sarwar, Benjamin Tapolczay, Lucy Moran, Megan Brent, Nikita Lazaroo and Sarah Kingston - who have launched a podcast and community designed to help close the confidence gap that exists between men and women at the start of their careers, and ultimately help young women build confidence. Our podcast and community features students, recent graduates and experienced & aspiring businesswomen, who share stories, advice and practical "how to" tips to inspire, educate and encourage young women to think entrepreneurially and break down barriers they commonly face at the start of their careers.
