Herbhus Ab

Herbhus AB is a small family business that has existed since 1993. We own and manage some properties in southern Stockholm. Our properties are located in Björkhagen, Hammarbyhöjden and Blåsut and were built in the 1930s and 40s. Our goal is to create sustainable homes and vibrant sustainable neighborhoods. We also believe that a small property owner can make a big difference. That is why we are investing in our sustainability work by collaborating with the City Mission's project and by starting up the first neighborhood office, the Björkhagen Neighborhood Office, where we are also building an edible garden together with the office tenants. We will also invest in energy efficiency improvements and other environmental and sustainability measures in the future.
