We’re Herd Consulting — a human-centred change and transformation consultancy helping organisations deliver meaningful business, digital, and cultural change. Our 40-strong team includes published authors, global guest speakers, and respected figures across BA, Product, and Delivery. As a result we’re proud to be trusted by some of the world’s leading universities, Central Government departments, arms-length bodies, national charities, and building societies. We started Herd because, after years of leading large teams and working with countless consultancies, we’d seen too many one-size-fits-all approaches. We wanted to do things differently. Experienced folk who’ve been there and got the t-shirt. Who are focussed on achieving outcomes and doing the right thing, not just another slide deck. Folk who are true specialists, as well as being nice to have a natter with. Basically a consultancy we’d have loved to work with as a client. We’re chuffed to have been recognised as a Sunday Times Best Place to Work in both 2024 and 2025, scoring 97% in Job Satisfaction and Average Happiness two years running.
