Week after week, Herd on the Hill - many of us disenfranchised residents of the District of Columbia, who have no voting member of Congress - take advantage of our proximity to their offices to convey constituents' stories to elected officials. Then Herd on the Hill volunteers deliver and discuss your letter at the DC offices of your Senators and Representatives.
