Here & Ready

An international collective on a mission to increase visibility for Black actresses both in how the industry sees us and how we see ourselves. We do so in a number of ways. The first is the Here and Ready Talent Database, a free resource designed to help anyone in the industry quickly discover and hire Black actresses. Then, through our workshops and skill enrichment seminars, we curate opportunities to gain access to casting directors and continuing education. And finally, we moderate a private community group with casting notices, resources and networking with more than 1,100 Black actresses across the United States and Canada.
