Founded in 1991 near Milan, Herholdt Controls is a specialist OEM manufacturer of energy meters with 30+ years of experience. We support OEM partners in Europe and beyond with customised metering solutions, producing more than meters per year. Since 2017 we are part of Hager Group. We are a dynamic team with over 60% in R&D, which allows us to design and industrialise new products quickly, in close cooperation with our customers’ technical teams. All our meters are 100% designed and manufactured in Italy, MID certified and produced under an ISO 9001:2015 quality system. Our portfolio covers commercial, industrial and residential installations, as well as renewable energy plants, EV charging, energy storage and heating & cooling (HVAC). Herholdt Controls combines the industrial strength of Hager Group with the agility of a specialised engineering company, focusing on smart energy trends such as energy storage, local generation, e-mobility and cybersecurity.
