Our Vision That downtown Mount Vernon and the central business district will be the choice for shopping, dining, entertainment, recreation, and tourism in Ohio. HCA is linked to state and national Main Street organizations. We organize events such as First Fridays, the annual Christmas Walk, and the Rubber Duck River Race.
