Heritage Consulting Inc. is a certified WBE consulting firm based in Philadelphia that works in three practice areas: downtown and commercial district revitalization, historic preservation and nonprofit organizational development. Donna Ann Harris is the firm principal and she works with one full time assistant and two interns in her office in Center City Philadelphia. Since starting her firm in 2004 and during her twenty five year professional career, Donna Ann Harris has assisted citizen groups and government agencies to identify appropriate reuses for threatened historic properties that ensure the long term preservation and maintenance of the site. Ms. Harris has worked in the nonprofit and government sectors of the preservation movement for more than two and a half decades at the local, state and national levels. Ms. Harris has led start-up and mature statewide preservation organizations as an executive, was first staff member of a land and building conservation organization, and directed a wide variety of projects for local preservation organizations. We have worked in the downtown revitalization field for more than a dozen years.
