Heritage Holding is a Boston-based private investment firm targeting lower middle market businesses that generate between two and ten million dollars of EBITDA. Alex de Pfyffer and Ross Porter founded Heritage as a Search Fund after graduating from HBS in 2015. Heritage has since closed on a $220m first institutional fundraise in August of 2024 and completed ~35 acquisitions across 11 platform companies in B2B services, including telecom, IT and cyber security services, healthcare services, and skilled trades services. We were operators before investors. Our team is composed of entrepreneurs, former CEOs, and investors who are passionate about operating small businesses.
