Heritage Times is an initiative to dispel the false and semi-true stories being fed to the people in the name of History. Since 2017, it has helped in bringing out the people’s history, less known events, forgotten personalities and novel perspectives to understand the past. With the help of the Website, Twitter handle, Facebook page, YouTube and Podcast, it has been successful in introducing, into the public discourse, less known (rather forgotten) freedom fighters, politicians, educationists, literary figures and social activists. Our archives include well researched thesis, important and rare documents, recording verified oral history,stories of diverse culture,art,architecture and reinvigorating the lost glory to heritage sites long forgotten lying at the mercy of nature. The Heritage Times and its impact has been discussed by several reputed media houses like - The Times of India, The Hindu, Outlook, Press Trust of India, The Print, Network18 and several others.
