H&A covers a large variety of services in the field of financial and accounting consultancy, tax advising, payroll, HR services: ACCOUNTING The provision of financial accounting services includes the counting and recording of pre-sorted documents, including the on-going financial reports for the clients' management. Our standard reports include a profit and loss statement, a balance sheet, supplier and customer open item lists. In addition we offer Cash Flow statements and reports in accordance with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) or US GAAP. On request, we reconcile our balances with those of group companies on a monthly basis, record all documents by cost center or take into account other information relevant to management accounting. We provide all statements in German, English or Romanian. PAYROLL / HUMAN RESOURCES SERVICES Our payroll services include: monthly payroll calculations, preparation and submission of electronic payroll tax and social security returns, other reporting to institutions and stakeholders. Moreover, we offer our clients the possibility of outsourcing personnel management, so that we take over, for example, the drafting of employment contracts, their timely registration and all changes in the REVISAL database, as well as the issuing of the necessary certificates to employees. ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS The annual financial statements reflect the financial position and economic performance of each company. We carry out auditing and examination of the accounts, preparation or verification and certification of financial statements. We prepare financial statements for non-calendar year clients, subsidiaries of foreign-based parent companies. TAX & ACCOUNTING AUDITS/OPINIONS For example we check if the accounting records and processes are compliant to Romanian legislation and to the group rules, whether the income and expenses recorded are plausibly, or whether tax requirements are fulfilled.
