Hermana is a boutique talent management agency founded by Kayley Reed. She created Hermana after working on both sides of the equation: as a content creator, and building influencer programs for brands. Hermana is founded with this perspective and insight, and a mission to create better management relationships for influencers. Hermana means "sister" in Spanish, and our team acts as a big sister to our clients in the industry.
