Planning, delivering and deploying new products and solutions successfully in a fast moving world can be overwhelming. As we look to a future where “Blue Light” services seek to harness the power and speed of commercial broadband technologies, one of the key challenges for suppliers and end users alike is how to realise the potential of the technology to improve communications, collaboration, safety and effectiveness. Hermitage Communications LLP was founded to lead the change needed across industry and users to devise strategies, define requirements and create solutions that meet the unique requirements of the mission critical user base. Our view is that “Product Planning” is not solely the domain of the manufacturer as it is now – user organisations must understand their end user needs, they must consider their organisations long term strategy and be able to develop a product strategy to drive their procurement processes. Manufacturers need to improve engagement with user organisations to drive their own product lifecycle plans. Leveraging on skills developed over 25 years in the mobile communications industry Hermitage Communications aim is to address these challenges, offering a range of services that will redefine the way users and manufacturers collaborate to deliver solutions.
