Hero Senior Care’s mission is to address social isolation and help improve health outcomes in seniors by providing a variety of companionship and support services. Social isolation has been shown to negatively impact health. Hero removes the stress out of caring for your loved one by providing a much-needed layer of support. Our “heroes” assist with things like escorting seniors to doctor’s appointment, providing medication reminders, preparing meals and stimulating their minds with social interactions.
