HeroEngine World is a SmartCity platform capable of visualizing processes within an interactive Virtual environment in real time. This Digital Twin will unify different IoT networks, City management systems and other real-time and historical data on a single living 3D model of a City. Blockchain will ensure the immutability of data from numerous sources and create an audit trail of all events and decisions on the platform. The relationships between data providers and users with the platform will be governed by Smart Contracts. Users will run multiple instances and simulate different Efficiency, Resiliency and Emergency scenarios for traffic management, resources consumption, ecological impact, etc. These scenarios will be further enhanced by Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Software Analytics. As a result, all City stakeholders will live and work in more efficient, happier, safer and easier to manage cities.
